I was once a teacher to these kids at Subic Bay Christian Academy . I personally saw how fortunate the children are to be in such a HOME Subic Bay Children’s Home .
The Founder Teddy-Ligaya Fulfer, Pastor / Director, and his wife Odek-Annalisa Valbuena , along with MY beautiful sister Hana Alecxis Valbuena-Villamiel , love these kids deeply. They dedicate their time and effort to provide these children with a loving and joyful HOME.
These kids are loved, well-fed, and well cared for. They’re not just being looked after; they’re being raised like family. We ARE family.
