About Us: Subic Bay Children’s Home is a ministry of Subic Bay Baptist Church, offering Christian refuge and discipleship to troubled children across the Philippines.

MISSION
To raise these boys and girls in the “nurture and admonition of the Lord” by providing them a spiritual and God-centered environment— to lead them to a personal faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and train them in discipleship.
Ephesians 6:4. We are committed to creating a spiritual and God-centered environment where children can grow in faith, character, and purpose. This means more than just providing shelter—it means cultivating a space where the love of Christ is evident in every aspect of daily life.
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the transformative power of a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Through consistent biblical teaching, prayer, and discipleship, we aim to guide each child toward a deep and lasting faith. Our approach is holistic, addressing not only physical needs but also emotional and spiritual development.
Children who come to Subic Bay Children’s Home are often from backgrounds of neglect, abandonment, or hardship. Our mission is to meet them where they are and lead them to where God wants them to be. We do this by surrounding them with Christian mentors, counselors, and caregivers who model Christ-like love and integrity.
Discipleship is at the heart of everything we do. We don’t just want children to know about Jesus—we want them to follow Him, serve Him, and share His love with others. Many of the children who have grown up in our care have gone on to attend Bible colleges, enter ministry, and become leaders in their communities.
Ultimately, our mission is to raise up a generation of young people who are spiritually grounded, emotionally healed, and equipped to live lives that glorify God. Through faith, love, and discipleship, we seek to fulfill the calling God has placed on this ministry.
VISION
To provide a channel through which local churches and individuals can extend a helping hand to destitute, unwanted, unloved, troubled boys and girls in providing them with Christian guidance, love and understanding.
This vision is rooted in the belief that the body of Christ is called to care for the vulnerable, uplift the brokenhearted, and reflect the heart of God in action. By creating a space where churches and individuals can partner with us, we are building a network of support that reaches beyond the walls of our ministry and into the lives of children who need hope, healing, and restoration.
We envision a future where children who have experienced abandonment, trauma, or hardship are given the opportunity to grow in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment.

Through spiritual mentorship, biblical teaching, emotional care, and consistent encouragement, we aim to help each child discover their God-given identity, value, and purpose.
Our vision also includes empowering churches and believers to take an active role in child advocacy, discipleship, and long-term support. By working together in unity and love, we can multiply the impact of our ministry and ensure that no child is left without the care and spiritual foundation they need to thrive.
Ultimately, our goal is to see lives transformed—not just temporarily, but eternally. We want to see children rise above their past, embrace the love of Christ, and become faithful followers who will one day serve others with the same compassion they received.
Through this shared vision, Subic Bay Children’s Home continues to be a beacon of light, inviting others to join in the mission of restoring hope, building faith, and changing lives for generations to come.
